When negative thoughts and ideas are running rampant and out of control in my mind… interrupt my thoughts Lord.
When I am trying to figure out things on my own and I don’t know what to do… interrupt my thoughts Lord.
When all I can think about are the possible negative outcomes and not see the positive possibilities… interrupt my thoughts Lord.
When all I feel I can do is yell, scream, and cry out from within my heart, mind, and soul… interrupt my thoughts Lord.
When I’m thinking about acting out or reacting to a situation by lashing out instead of responding… interrupt my thoughts Lord.
When I begin to lose hope and have the slightest thoughts of giving in and giving up… Lord, I need you to interrupt my thoughts.
Don’t wait on me Lord… you have permission to interrupt my thoughts.

My Faith Shall Be My Eyes 
So today I started my morning with my thoughts all over the place & I was getting really upset about a situation out of my control this is how the Holy Spirit spoke to my spirit & through me to God. & every time a negative thought has come to my mind this is what my heart keeps repeating.
Interrupt My Thoughts Lord. Interrupt my thoughts.
